Online orders can be returned (in-store or by mail) within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund, less $12 return shipping costs. Any Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY Retail Store Return Policy

Retail store purchases made Dec 1st - Dec 24th, 2025 may be returned for store credit or exchange through January 7, 2026.

Store credit does not expires and is redeemable both in-store and online.

In store purchases can be returned (in-store or by mail) within 10 days of purchase for store credit. We do not offer refunds for retail store purchases—store credit only. Store credit never expires and is redeemable both in-store and online.

We would love to assist you in exchanging your order for a different size or style, but we cannot promise to “hold” items until your return is received as our online inventory is pulled from brick + mortar inventory and is subject to availability.

To ensure you get the style you’re after, please process your return as a refund and place a new order for the new item. You will receive a refund or store credit when we receive the original purchase.

We're glad you asked! All returns must be pre-authorized by our team to ensure that they meet our return policy. Here's how you can get your return started by requesting return authorization:

1. Start a Return with the email address used to place your order. Enter email you used to place order and you will receive a one time code to login and see your order.

2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and select the reason for returning. 

3. Our team will review your return request and authorize the return if eligible. If authorized, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. 

4. Carefully pack your returned items (keep in mind that they will likely go home with another shopper!) and mail at your earliest convenience. Or if you're local, come by the store and drop off your return.

5. Once your return is received and reviewed by our team, we will process your refund/store credit. Please allow one to two weeks for refunds to be processed back to your original payment method.
